Lawyer: No Spears Tape

LOS ANGELES — Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline's attorney, said that there is no Federline-Britney Spears sex tape.
Kaplan issued the statement as a response to the rampant rumors concerning the alleged sex video of the couple enjoying their honeymoon.
Rumor had it that Federline was offered $120 million for the tape by online adult mogul David Hans Schmidt, and that Spears, in an effort to curtail Federline making money from the deal, would give it away for free.
"While this is endemic of countless false and inaccurate stories that have made their way into the media regarding Kevin, his marriage to Britney, and the divorce proceedings which they are presently going through, I want to put this issue to rest once and for all," Kaplan told Access Hollywood.
He continued: "There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence. It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."
The couple, who married in 2004, filed for divorce earlier this month. Federline has been seeking custody of their two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
